"CATS Academy Boston provides an ideal setting for students to reach their highest academic potential, progress to selective colleges and universities throughout the United States, and develop a distinct global perspective. In its first year, CATS Academy Boston has delivered an unparalleled educational and cultural experience for both international and American students,” said Dr. Charles Clark, Head of School. "Our fine teaching staff and philosophy of individualized learning provides students with the ability to exceed their own expectations and set attainable educational goals. We could not be more pleased with the students and staff at CATS Academy Boston."
The success of the first year has attracted students from all over the world. Enrollment is expected to quadruple in September 2013 and represent a diversity of nationalities. Students enrolled for September 2013 hail from Vietnam, Brazil, China, Indonesia, Thailand, Ukraine, Russia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Korea, Venezuela, France, and the United States.
The diversity of nationalities provides student with the opportunity to broaden their education by learning within a multicultural community of learners who benefit from interacting with students from all over the world. The advantages of joining an international community are highlighted by the development of a highly sought global perspective that values diverse cultures and prepares them for an intercultural world. As one CATS Academy Boston American student said: "It's a big range of people from around the world…It’s like going to ten different countries every day. I have friends from Indonesia, Kazakhstan – all over the world.”
“We are very pleased with our enrollment for the fall and it is a testament to the outstanding faculty and staff at CATS Academy Boston,” said Amy Roberts, Director of Admissions. “Students who are searching for a vibrant, international environment with academic excellence and a creative extra-curricular program are drawn to CATS Academy. These students understand the value of a global perspective and its asset in our increasingly multicultural world.”
