As we forge into 2015, Cambridge Education Group is posing the question: What makes a British boarding school competitive today and, more importantly, what will shape the future of the British boarding school in the ever-changing global economy?

As we forge into 2015, Cambridge Education Group is posing the question:

What makes a British boarding school competitive today and, more importantly, what will shape the future of the British boarding school in the ever-changing global economy?

At the close of the year we hosted an exclusive event for invited senior figures from over 70 global educational agents, consultancies and boarding schools.
The event acted as a springboard for the industry to discuss and debate the issues facing UK boarding schools and how they can prepare students for a great future in tomorrow’s global society.

Concluding the event, The Right Honourable Lord Patten of Barnes gave a key-note speech sharing his thoughts on British boarding school education today.
He explained how an international education today helps students not only shape their own destiny but also become global leaders in an ever-closer global culture.  We can now share the conclusions from the day.

This event and the consequent publication will now serve as a starting point to sharing good practice across the sector, to foster dialogue and debate and ultimately to drive the sector forward now and in the future.
