A new Writing Center has been officially opened at CATS Academy Boston this month. The goal of the Writing Center is to provide extra support for students while they learn to enhance their writing skills. The center will be an excellent tool for all students looking for extra help or as part of their assignments. The center will be run by humanities teachers and students will be able to sign up by their own volition.

CATS Academy students are also encouraged to seek out peer tutoring. When looking for help with a specific subject, students can also receive tutoring from peers who have excelled in specific subject areas.Students can be assigned a tutor to work with over a longer period of time or get help in a subject on a one-time basis. This is a great opportunity for high achievers to add to their extra-curricular activities and is also another way for students to make new friends. There will be prizes for star tutors as well as for some lucky students seeking tutoring every month!

CATS Academy is committed to their students’ success and constantly striving to find new and innovative ways to help them achieve their best.
